Our Mission:

Giving Back.

In 2016, a group of FDA alumni came together and kick-started a scholarship fund to provide financial assistance to graduating seniors of the Frederick Douglass Academy.

FDA students have always had a strong fellowship, which continues well past graduation. As a collective, the members of the scholarship committee wish for this scholarship to be one of many more to come. Frederick Douglass Academy has provided all of its graduates with key tools to tackle not only their pursuit of higher education, but the world at large. We feel that giving back to fellow Lions is the best way to pay-it-forward.

Our Impact
